Orders Over $100

Enjoy Standard Free Shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Same-Day Dispatch

We work hard to get your order out the door immediately:

• Dispatch Guarantee: Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST on business days are processed for Same-Day Shipping.
• Note: This refers to the time the package leaves our warehouse, not the delivery time. Actual delivery dates depend on our courier partners (Australia Post, Aramex, etc.).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Regional & Bulky Items

While we offer flat-rate and free shipping for most areas, certain conditions apply:

• Regional Surcharges: For deliveries to remote or regional areas (WA, NT, and rural regions), we may contact you if additional shipping charges are required by our couriers.
• Bulky Items: Extra-large items, such as 1/5 scale vehicles or large aircraft boxes, may incur a bulky item surcharge regardless of the order value.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping times generally range from:

• Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days.
• NSW, VIC, QLD Metro: 2-4 business days.
• WA, NT, TAS, and Regional: 5-10 business days.
