CH Plus Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CH PLUS, the official loyalty program for Crazy Hobbies. By creating an account and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is free and available to individuals aged 13 years or older. To join CH PLUS, you must create a valid customer account on crazyhobbies.com.au. Only one account is permitted per person.

The 5% Reward Standard

For every $1 spent on eligible products, members earn points equivalent to a 5% reward value.

Example: Spend $100, earn points redeemable for a $5 discount on a future order.

2. Earning Points

  • Points are earned on the subtotal of your order (excluding shipping fees and taxes where applicable).
  • Points are credited to your account once your order is marked as "Paid" or "Fulfilled."
  • Points cannot be earned on the purchase of Gift Cards.
  • We reserve the right to exclude specific high-value or limited-edition items from point earning at our discretion.

3. Redemptions & Discounts

  • Points are redeemed via the Smile.io interface for unique discount codes.
  • Discount codes generated from points cannot be combined with other promotional codes or "automatic" store-wide sales.
  • Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit outside of the crazyhobbies.com.au store.

4. Returns & Refunds

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your CH PLUS balance. If points from a returned purchase have already been redeemed, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the value of the reward used.

5. Expiry & Program Changes

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide fair notice for program changes:

  • Points Expiry: Points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
  • Changes: Crazy Hobbies reserves the right to modify or terminate the CH PLUS program. Members will be notified via email at least 30 days prior to any material changes that reduce the value of existing points.

6. Privacy

Your participation in CH PLUS involves the collection of personal data (such as purchase history) to provide rewards. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Smile.io platform standards.
